Non competitive film festival / No entry fee / No screening fee
One director / producer can send any number of entries
Film festival will provide stay for one representative per (selected) film for 3 days during the event, although no travel will be provided.
Duration limit :
- 30 min for short films
- No limit for documentaries
- 5 min for music videos
- 10 min for animation films
